Who we are

PMFRE Ltd is a digital consultancy and AI services company registered in England and Wales. Our website is pmfre.com. The data controller is Paul Edwards. You can contact us at paul@pmfre.com.

What data we collect and why

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the name of your organisation (if provided), and any message you include. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list, share your information with third parties, or use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

We do not currently use cookies or tracking scripts. If we add analytics in future, we will use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-preserving and does not use cookies or collect personal data.

How long we keep your data

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted. If we enter into a working relationship, we will keep relevant correspondence for the duration of that relationship and for seven years thereafter, in line with standard UK business record-keeping requirements.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Data security

Contact form data is transmitted over HTTPS and delivered to a password-protected email account. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is held securely.

We will update this policy when our data practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
